I am rejecting this response because:
My complaint against the Microsoft Technical Support Center was not resolved to my satisfaction
I expect to be compensated for the expenses of getting my computer repaired and for the loss of my Norton Security system which was damaged and corrupted beyond repair. A technician had to remove the computer tower from my home and take it to his shop to work on it but was unable to repair it as it rejected the Norton Security. Therefore, I had to purchase a new tower and a new Microsoft Windows Operating System with the installation of a new modem.In addition to losing some important photographs and personal information, my security was compromised and my tower was invaded and contaminated by an unknown virus or malware
