Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have tried Xbox live support that's why I'm contacting Revdex.com.That it was bt charging my credit card when it wasnt supposed I got email saying update my credit card infoI didn't cause I bought a month card online and the charged a different card that wasn't on my automatic renewal it cost me over for 12months so thats why Revdex.com is involvedThe email that my xbox live is under is ***@yahoo.com Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke to a representative named Drei on 8/9/After I explained the issues with the Microsoft band, Drei asked for photosThe Microsoft representative was fully aware of all defects with the band prior to approving it to be sent backHe also assured me I would get a replacementPer representative Drei "all calls are monitored and recorded" therefore Microsoft should be able to pull phone records up for referenceIn turn after the band was sent back I received an email stating a replacement is on its way and had been shipped alreadyAgain, dishonesty on Microsoft's part because at that point they knew they were sending me my old band backI have attached emails as proof Microsoft said they were going to replace the bandThere was never a question as to the damage to the band all of which was due to poor craftsmanship and design of the Microsoft bandIf this can not be resolved here a small claims court complaint will be made and a letter will be addressed to the president of Microsoftalso my band was returned in worse condition than when I sent it; The battery cover was pulled back and the clasp that was partially attached is now fully torn away from the band I know what I was told and also know all damage was caused as a result of defects that should be covered by Microsoft as they were made aware prior to approving me to ship the band backAlso there is no wording in the limited warranty stating that these issues I had with this band were not covered.
