Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding an issue with your Microsoft SurfaceWe would like to assist you with your claim, we were unable to gather enough information from your claim or after locating your account
If you have one,
please provide your most recent service request number (SR) from the replacement drive sent to you by our support team and we will be able to proceed from there
If you do not have an SR, please provide your device serial number, as we do not see a Surface device registered to your accountThis helps us in creating an SR and lets us know the Surface model as well
Once this information is provided, we will be happy to help

Dear *** ***, Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding an issue with your recent ordersWe have reviewed your situation and we understand your frustrations, however sales tax on orders is calculated by the shipping address and where the

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I never received a digit number. I tried to resolve the issue by calling this number multiple times: (206) 834-0680, which is a service used to screen calls before being transferred to the staff at the U Village store (where I made the purchase). They could not resolve the issue or disconnected me. Because the Revdex.com does not list the U Village store as a source to file a complaint, I filed it directly with the Redmond office. If this is in error, please let me know how to fix it. Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** *** Now that we finally received a service request number from microsoft [***] & have been contacted by their support team at my Email address [which apparently was good enough], we have started moving toward a solution of sorts to the problem
The assistance by technician Sayed H*** by phone on July & got my Win operating system back in operation, but only by a new custom install
Unfortunately, this install lost around half of my files & my dual-boot with Win XP, but Sayed did manage to save the other half of my files for meHis help was highly appreciated by me!
Some of the info I received confirmed that microsoft had indeed received my letter of May concerning this failed Win download to which microsoft never responded!
At this time, I now have Win back, not near as great as my dual-boot with XP & my old files complete, but as good as I could expect after a crash of this magnitudeThus, this case may be marked as resolved & closed with my undying thanks to the efforts of the Revdex.com!

Dear ***,Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding your unauthorized purchase issue. The Xbox Listening and Advocacy team will investigate this matter and contact you directly to work toward a resolution.Sincerely,Microsoft Corporation

Dear *** ***, Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding your Xbox game issueUpon reviewing your service request number and conversation history with our customer service agent, our agent was correct in saying no refund will be issued per our
policyDue to this reason we consider this case closed and will no longer be respondingPlease refer to the snipped quote below from the Microsoft Services Agreement, Section 9, part g: “We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.” (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement) Sincerely, Microsoft Corporation

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is about what I might have expected. The company has outgrown its customers
The response includes a web page directly related to my issue - phishing/scammers/euphemism-of-the-day. The page offers little or nothing for those affected by people impersonating Microsoft: a survey to complete that holds no potential benefit to the customer and a link that looks promising to "Get help with phishing scams, lottery fraud, and other types of scams"; that link, on my machine at least, goes absolutely nowhere
So, if it takes two years to point me to a page with a survey to replicate the contents of my complaint and a broken link, well good job, thanks a bunch and our work here is done.Sincerely, *** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: all Microsoft is doing is stating they will have someone contact meThey have not fixed a problem which has been around since When asked if they would offer any kind of refund for payments on services/products they know are flawed they stated noAs such, I'm rejecting the company's response.
Sincerely,*** ***
