Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The merchant/Microsoft has not provided me, the citizen/civilian/consumer/victim of this malicious algorithm, with the protocol for submitting a service request What is the protocol to submit a service request specific to my civilian/citizen/consumer complaint and how long will it take to fix the problem? Furthermore, why is a service request needed to address and fix the merchant's/Microsoft's malicious search engine (Bing.com) coding and online algorithm? I'm concerned that there are other unsuspecting citizens/civilians/consumers who are affected by this malicious coding and are unaware of it
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: About two rounds back Microsoft was going to contact me. Microsoft asked for my phone number where I could be reached, I provided this information and have been waiting better than a month for a call from Microsoft. No calls have ever been make to my phone
My Microsoft complaint ended up with Revdex.com because initially I attempted to call Microsoft and explain the situation how Windows was downloaded on my computer without my permission. I never was able to connect with a human being after wasting a significant amount of time attempting to make this phone call
Now we are playing a childish game of tag with email through the Revdex.com organization
I have determined my next computer will be an *** loaded computer, not a computer loaded with Microsoft. MS has cost me money to get my computer fixed and tuned with the "Free" Windows program. Microsoft apparently does not wish to stand behind the free "Windows 10" that cost me significant dollars to repair plus my wife's computer which has not been mentioned until now. Both computers cost over $to have tuned and repaired after Windows installation
What else does the Microsoft group need to have explained.Sincerely,*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I would like to note, however, that it took a total of weeks, my being asked to change, and changing, my password over times in that period, and the involvement of your agency in order to gain a resolution and regain access to an account I have had for nearly years I still have not been told why it was locked in the first place, but I do now have access again

Dear *** ***,
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding an issue with your BandAs the warranty terms state, if a device has damage that is caused by something other than a manufacturing default, such as wear and tear, the Service Center is may
be unable to repair itBecause the crack on the screen was a similar case, this is most likely why your Band was returned to you
If you would like to dispute this claim, please let us know in your reply and we will assist in creating a case for youWe appreciate your time and continued support of Microsoft products and services
Sincerely,
Microsoft Corporation
