I am rejecting this response because: To Mrsor Mror MsMicrosoft Corporation (failures and lackeys always hide behind the Corporate name, and do not put their name on letters/responses) if you read the complaint, I already did that What you told me to do, is exactly why I filed this complaint It does not work Why are you further destroying the Microsoft name? Won't you unlock my account so I can get my legal documents out of my e-mail? Won't you provide me with the drivers/patches so I can use my printer (there is nothing wrong with my Canon printer, it works on my machine that has Microsoft XP) in Windows 10?
