I never received a response from the businessMicrosoft suspended my service for supposed "Cheating" and I have never cheated while playing on my xboxBefore the ban was lifted I noticed they had changed the terms of my ban to "Communications" which isnt true at all because I dont have a microphone for my system and I also dont send messages to users I do not knowI asked for proof of cheating and was shown nothing and I never got the chance to ask for proof of a communication ban at which case there wouldnt be any evidence there neitherThis is a paid service that I have been a member for yearsWhen I did ask these questions for proof all that I was presented with was an automated message that just told me the bounds of what I was banned forNever once did I get a reply from a real personWhen I spoke over the phone with a rep they told me there was noting they could do and kept referring me to these xbox forum websites which is where I kept getting the automated messagesThe rep also told me the company has been trying to limit their person to person interactionThe fact that they could ban me for something they couldnt prove and not hearing my side of the story is a violation of due process and my civil rights

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and in all honesty, this is a very old complaint from months ago that Microsoft finally saw fit to answerThe computer is no longer in use and it did work quite well for months with all automatic downloads stoppedThe Microsoft tech said it would prevent my computer from running properly which never happenedI feel that was another ruse to get me to pay for their premium servicesThe computer hinges broke and that is why it is not in use nowUntil that happened, it ran perfectly fine.
