the only numbers that I have been given from microsoft is my claim ID # ***
and a Product Key Number to use to reinstall windowson the computer without charge
Which is not getting anything, as it would be a step down from the current Windows 10
on the computer down to I should also get a free upgrade from windows back to windows -

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: All the business stated was that sorry they took so long to respond to my complaint, and needed me to update my complaint to investigate further (after months)!!! I know my claim isn't in regards to a huge amount so they may not be taking it seriouslyAlso again it's not a huge amount, that would take so much time to review and refund as if the company had to return hundreds or thousands of dollarsBut, wrong is wrongIndividuals speculated, individuals admitted your system was flawed or had glitches, and how I did do what I needed too in the timeframe of cancellationAnd the ending factor was how rudely I was treated and talked too, when I was the one done unjustly in all of thisYour employees got to tell me whatever they pleased and put me in a hardship, while they are still probably employed telling hundreds of more customers whatever they please, and costing them and your company money just as I decided to take my services elsewhere.Sincerely,*** ***

Am still wanting refunds of the Skype payments taken for a service I was never able to use due to their failure in proper connections with their product & in spite pf not being able to sue their service for one year that I had paid for, they automatically deducted an additional year's service charge out of my account.Sincerely,*** ***
