Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
In response to the query from Microsoft Corporation forwarded by ***

Para Microsoft requests a "service request number"I do not have a service request numberIwrote a letter to Microsoft Corporation, ATTN: Customer Service on May explaining that theirunwanted efforts to install Windows on my computer had caused a lack of Internet service for sixweeksI received notice that *** ** ***, Agent, accepted delivery of my letter, however, no furthercommunication has been received from Microsoft
Para "'If you have not yet contacted support about this issue, visit support.microsoft.com."How is that supposed to happen? When attempting to use the computer, the following messages appear:Server not found.Problem loading page. This page can't be displayed.Fix connection problems.Looking up accounts.google.Firefox can't find the server at accounts.google.com.Check the address for typing errors. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network' is protected by a firewall on proxy, make sure that Firefox ispermitted to access the Web
My question to you remains the same: Why is Microsoft allowed to interrupt mycomputer service by attempting to install Windows when I have consistently requestedthey not do so?Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
first off I have seen way worse names on thereIt "offends" someonePeople are going to get offended, I'm offended that I have to change my name because one person is offendedWhat does that solveForcing a name change and then trying to make me PAY money because they chose a generic name is NOT OKAY. Sincerely,*** ***
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: while the company may use refurbished parts to replace defective parts, the refurbished parts themselves should not be defectivePut another way, you should not replace defective parts with more defective partsThe machine was sent back more than onceIsn't it time to do the right thing by the consumer instead of hiding behind the fine print, which in this case is not an effective defense against poor manufacturing?
Sincerely,*** ***
Dear ***,
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.comIf you purchase a digital game from Xbox.com while signed into an account other than the intended end user of the game, the game cannot be given as a gift in that capacityPrevious messages to you in this regard have indicated two other options for giving a game as a gift
Due to this, Microsoft considers this matter closed
Sincerely,
Microsoft Corporation
