you install windows ult or any version from ISO or ISO which came from digital river without spyou install spfrom Microsoft.com updates stop right after stuck on checking and we contact support Microsoft wants us to pay for them mucking up update cycle back from cd images the new ceo is a joke the qaualty has failing down after transfer of power I am a Microsoft product tester I test every server and client OS I have higher standards than an old employee JERRY B*** and Microsoft is sloppy No product release should not be done without asking me I any find any bug in your system even without knowing code I will hold any company even APPLE ,MICROSOFT And any other company I use to a to percent bug free standard before releaseWhen I say fix the issue then do it the last years Microsoft has a percent rating on my test before release like server and r2on a mac with parallels windows server rpasses my test but server2012rhas a memory error on shutdown I said not ready for release but you did it anyway listen to your customers and Jerry B*** like stop your spying crap I stand for the average user and beta testers I need a direct line to your engineering department I have use every version o windows starting at to windows client and server including different editions so I know the lockdown limits and bugs that come up I started testing back in with the release of windowsand so I'm going to ask you please don't take me lightly please I want to work with you guys internally to resolve issues before release to grow customer respect and use stop windows spying in a update as well like installing 3rd party apps like candy crush when u have no source code to do so icluded video link here https://www.youtube.com/watch?***

Brainna contacted me on Sat and spoke of this issue, after spending mins trying to figure out who I was, Then said she did not know how a charge from April was still on here and had to seek out help from a peer and would call me Sat with what they find out.
Sat did not get a phone call, but did get an email from her saying that they removed my CC and refunded back charges (unkown date, nothing refunded to me) to an old removed/stolen CC, so thats pointless, as I told here I dont have and its dead, advised me to check my bank for charges not going thru... WE DISCUSSED THIS ON THE PHONE, I HAVE PAID EVERY MONTH AND YOUR RECORDS SHOW ITso no prob with the bank...
Refunded charges to a stolen card, then canceled my EA susrcibation and gave me one month of live.. (not ea accsess)
Summary,
Refunded fees that I paid in April to a stolen card
Canceled EA Accses and gave me one month live (cant use on ea)
Never had chance to say NO dont do that, they made that choice for me
This is getting worse each time
