I looked back through the emails and found this initial email with case #***. This is all I have. If this is Not what you are looking for then please provide instructions to get that data you require even if those instructions include another support center I should be calling

My subscription was suspended for almost one month which I already paid forI would like to know what SKYPE can do for this
Also, I wish SKYPE will show me the proof which their customer insisted that I broke the agreementOtherwise, I have to consider if I will buy another subscription or notNo one want to be terminated a prepaid service for no reason
I have to say, that caused a lot of inconvenience

I want to explain why I did not accept resolution from SkypeI have about $or something left in my account, I remember that I redeemed vounchs from Skype under my accountMy family member's account has no balance leftI do not why the balance of my account was transfered to my family member's, not only the balance before I redeem vouchers but also vouchers itself
Anyway, I still want to say thanks to skype, even though the months struggling did exhaust meI hope different departments in skype company would work together, not kick a customer between each otherI also want to see an accurate terms and conditions that would define in which kind of situation a customer has broke it

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I never authorized Microsoft to charged my stored credit cardI never confirmed the purchaseIn fact I contacted Microsoft to notify them while the system was requesting me to confirm the chargesNot to mention days later Microsoft charged my card additional timesThe account per Microsoft that charged my account the second time was via a system I no longer even own let along authorized chargesMicrosoft continued to charged me despite of my removing my card from the networkI feel if I authorized the charges I should be responsible to pay themHoweverI never gave the authorization to charge my credit cardSeeing that they will not assumeresponsibility for their faulty system I am forced to take further action due to Microsoft''S errorI will be taking further action not excluding filing legal docs due to their negligencI have exhaste all logical resolutions and I will not let them steal from me nor rob me for this is what they have doneThe customer services agents were rude and not willing to assist a loyal customerI have discontinued my service for their actions are unacceptableNo wonder *** *** is richI did not authorize them to charge my card and I called them while the system was asking me to confirm my payment and advising them that this was an error and seemed to be glitchyI am very disappointed with the service and theft us never acceptable, iregardless of the amountThis is sad seeing that I have spent thousand of dollars on Microsoft, I will never purchase any of their productsagain to make sure this will ever happenThank you kindly.
