The complaint has been resolved this week Microsoft contacted me directly and Jorbie in their Escalation team worked hard to provide a positive solution He conducted a thorough investigation of the case and I finally received a replacement device It's unfortunate that I had to get the help of Revdex.com, but I am very satisfied with the result

Whoever I was speaking to to resolve this issue via email, deleted their emailI now have no way to communicate directly with Microsoft in regards to this issue.
Also, to add to the caseI made a $purchase last weekI'm suppose to get %backMy account shows that all I got back for that purchase was points (cents)I've not reviewed any other rewards points on purchases I've madeEven though this past month I also made a $purchase for a game and I haven't seen any points for that purchase either%of $is $1.60, it's small amounts but added up over the last 6-months, your company has screwed me out of a lot of money.
I again tried your xbox rewards support forums for this matter but all the forum admins do is make an excuse that does not make sense and than they block the thread and prevent further communicationIt takes days to even get a response in the first place, it's very frustrating to not get an answer and then get your thread locked and put back to square one

Revdex.com:I was unable to review the original complaint for reference ID *** on the Revdex.com website (the link would not work), but believe the issue was resolved satisfactory to meI have no issues with Microsoft at this timeMicrosoft did not make resolving this issue easy, if this is the issue with the surface pro computer, but in the end they did make it right
I have continued using Microsoft and have had excellent customer service sinceI had worried that because of my complaint I would be treated poorly, but that has not been the caseMicrosoft offered superior customer service prior to this incident and has given superior customer service after this issue.
I would also like to thank Microsoft for responding to this complaint, even though not timelyI understand that they must be extremely busy because they manage such a large organization, but it really is nice to know that they have my complaint seriously.
