Once again I'm explaining the same situation repeatedlyThe title was provided to me as a Christmas gift in 2015; furthermore the game was indeed played on 12/25/Unless I'm going insane and need medical attention for some sort of hallucination incurredFurthermore I've e planned that my actual Xbox Live Gild subscription has expired on 12/27/15, which is why my account wasn't provided with my download tokens for the promotionHowever, when I did actually play the actual title on 12/25/my subscription was active
So, once again I'm disputing what your "activity logs" stateBecause as a society we're well aware of how stable, reliable, and accurate computer systems can beIt's actually a very poor state of human interaction when computer systems are regarded over an actual human's word and recollection of events

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Microsoft does not need any reference number from a complaint to them; I have not made a complaint to them - I made it to the Revdex.com
The issue is them 'SPAMMING' me with advertisements, which apparently have been imbedded into my computer without my knowledge or agreementThese Ads appear even when I am offline, and so only Microsoft could have done thisYou do not address the dog that is biting you - you call the Dog Pound!
I feel it is up to the Revdex.com to inform them that they are violating corporate policy rules by violating my privacy, against my wishes, and by spamming me with advertisements which I do not want to receiveIt may even be against the law in Oregon, for all I knowIsn't 'Telemarketing' against the law when one does not wish to be harassed? What is the difference here?
The general news is out regarding Windows 10, and if I wished to upgrade to it, I would have done so by nowUnfortunately, everyone I know who has tried it dislikes itSo they should quit spamming me about it.Sincerely,*** ***
