Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
YES!!!! I have contacted your "Customer Service" department and NO they did not give me a "Claim" number. I have called 800-469-several times regarding this issue. The last time was on 10-13-and I spoke to both Miara and her supervisor, Heather. I explained to both of them that Xbox is placing charges on the account without our consent. I will gladly provide the bank statement showing all of these unauthorized charges

I was contacted by a Microsoft tier technicianHe was able to correct the long standing issues that I had describedAll of my programs now operate properly and I have all of the updates and upgradesI still get behind the scene changes to improve compatibility issues with my programsThese changes are positive and do not block any program from operatingI am satisfied with the results although there were some inconvenience with re-setting my user profiles for every program on my PCThanks to the Revdex.com staff for resolving this issue for me

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have no way of contacting Microsoft They did call me yesterday and left me a message stating that they will send me a link and if I click on it, it will be the first step to getting my account back I did not receive a link yesterday or today I called the number 425-882-*** from which they called me and left the voicemail I cannot get past the prompts It just repeats The person who left me the message did not leave an extension and her name was not clear on the message The prompt wants a full name and I had a possible first name only (sounded like Tara) If you can have them send me a link at ***@columbusstate.edu I will click on the link and answer any questions I also would like a full name of a person who is contacting me so when I call back, I can get through their automated phone prompts
