Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:there are sites online that you can go to to find the code to undo a positive caused by this flawed authenticator programYou need to acknowledge that their is something wrong with the authenticator program and provide the code to undo positives until you can get your authenticator program fixed versus insisting people just buy more keysThe first time I used the authenticar just after this software was installed, it said it was authenticWhen the newest software came out with the offer of a free upgrade, the authenticator program said that it was a pirated copy.Sincerely,*** ***
