They have already contacted me SEVERAL timesEach time they explain that they can only reimburse me IF I had used their company (at a much inflated rate of repair) to do the repairs.
I will repeat it again (for like the seventh time)I did NOT have the repairs done at MicrosoftI took my computers to a local company to get them fixed.
