this is a ploy Microsoft uses all the time saying they will pass it along every time you speak to a Microsoft rep you are given the same reply.so my complaint standsthere was nothing wrong with outlook.com to begin with they just decided to make these changes to what they call outlook.com (preview) for no reason at all, many good features were removed and many bad ones put in place there own feedback boards had users such as I complainmicrosofts answer is simply get used to the changes.the best would be to return to the old format which they refuse to domean while as stated your forced to have a Skype account (socialsite)Microsoft owns Skype and as I said if you close the Skype account microsofts system just reopens it all of this without the users knowledgeI myself don't take part in any social site be it facebook, twitter, linked in or many others that are on the market and prefer not to be forced by mircosoft to have a Skype account, the best answer is to stop forcing outlook.com (preview)on there usersalso they call this a preview which means I am being forced to test market for them without my consentthe answer is to 1)do away with outlook.com(preview) or give users a choice to use the older outlook.com

Complaint: ***I used my email to request recovery, and saw that my email was now associated to three Skype accounts I'm unfamiliar with, some related to pornographic and/or dating site contentI also saw that, as I suspected, my home address and (expired) credit card information had been leaked
Kaisa, I take these matters very seriously, and your unwillingness to close my account despite your legal obligation to do so per your own comapny's policies (https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA142/how-do-i-close-my-skype-account, screen capture attached) warrants me escalating this matter to some leadership members of Skype and maybe seek legal advice as well

Dear *** ***, Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com. The Global Escalation Services team has thoroughly investigated this issueUpon reviewing the service request there was no mention of a new surface device to be delivered as a replacement and
the warranty expiration date for your Surface is correct as 11/27/is one year from your original purchase dateFor these reasons we consider this matter closedPlease refer to these snipped quotes from the Surface Limited Warranty, Section 3, parts (B) and (C): “Replacement may be with a new or refurbished unit” “After repair or replacement, Your Microsoft Hardware or Accessory will be covered by this warranty for the longer of the remainder of Your original Warranty Period, or days after Microsoft or the retailer ships it to You.” (https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/documents) (Standard Limited Warranty Canada-English) Sincerely, Microsoft Corporation

I am rejecting this response because:Originally my problem was the fact that on 8/I chatted with a representative who told me my Xbox would ship the next dayThis representative also told me my xbox had not been repaired yet. On Monday, 8/21, I called and talked to a representative who told me over the phone that he would offer me a couple months of xbox live gold for freeThe call hung up, and the representative never called me back(I have no missed calls, no voicemails, and no missed emails, no spam emails, etc.)After speaking with this rep I spoke with someone via chatI received MORE misinformation claiming my device had already shippedI spent an hour on chat and was told that my device had shipped AGAINThis time I actually have screenshotsThe next day I was informed my xbox had shippedWhile this is great news, it does ont take away the fact I was given misinformation and promised xbox live over the phoneSupervisors informed me that the notes indicated the representative claimed to call me back when he didn't, and his notes never mentioned offering me any xbox live goldNot only that, but one supervisor, after I called back, explained to me that I was simply trying to get things for freeI was very insultedI know for a fact the misinformation I was givenI know what I was told. I spent hours on the chat, was treated rudely, I had to talk to almost repsI was hung up on, never called back, and all they could give me was one month of xbox live goldWhen originally I was promised two monthOne representative spent over an hour with me, and the only information given to me that was new, was misinformation, which the rep had to correct. I'm happy my console shippedBut I'm not happy with my experience, you will see notes of reps trying to paint me as someone trying to get free stuffThis is not the caseI have a surface, I have a xbox one sI'm extremely loyal to microsoft, and if you check years of history I never really call in and never really have problemsBut the way I've been treated is not okayand I will not accept it.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a service request number when calling in I had to call back again to check on the status and was told that my case was never escalated to the proper department I received a couple of follow up emails from the gentleman that my son initially spoke to but could never get a response back Basically, they were automated to make it seem like he was following up but wasn't really When I called back in, the gentleman that I spoke to said that he would do that and that I would receive a call within three days, which of course I did not receive Once again, I had to call back in to check on the status I spoke to a gal named Cassie, who was able to help somewhat We were able to get the account reset but one of the main games that my son played does not work properly now He had spent quite a bit of money on the game and he now says that the files are corrupted and he can't play it He seems to think that when the account was hacked and then reset, it ruined the game Very bad customer service and very disappointed that all of the money that has been spent is now gone
Sincerely,*** ***
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: it simply does not address my concerns. Microsoft has focused on one aspect of my complaint and none of the others. I have asked to speak with someone they have ignored me. They have ignored the refund I was promised and now have been told I will not get. Finally, I spoke with and chatted with several people including managers, so a glib response about gift cards is still insulting and proof of an organization who does not care about customer service. I hope Apple gets into the gaming market so they can show the market what real customer service is all about.Sincerely,*** ***
