I am rejecting this response because:I never stated that the charges happened because of a sold/ traded or donated XboxI simply said this could be a possibility but I am positive that I removed my account information before I donated my old Xbox. Customer service has already told me before that the charges were NOT made on any xbox that I have ever owned so your tech support team is mistaken or not telling the truth. Some of the charges were refunded and I was told my credit card was removed the first time I made a claimThis was also not true because if you look at my account records you can clearly see more charges were made later the same day(from a different console in a different state) I actually had to go in and remove my cards and change my passwords myself to stop the chargesI don't feel that I should be responsible for these charges after Microsoft has already acknowledged that they were fraudulent, refunded some of my money, did not remove my card as they stated and are the cause of more of my money being stolen.
