Hello,I do not have a service request number for the last time I contacted you because the support person who answered the phone said it was out of warranty and there was nothing she could do and said there was no point in filing another requests Below I have outlined the times I have contacted you and received a replacement, only for that replacement to also break a few months later First Request: Broken Band: June 2016: ***Second Request: Battery Won't Charge: July 2016: ***
Third Request: Battery Won't Charge: November 2016: ***Fourth Request: Battery Won't Charge: March 2017; Service Tech did not file a Request because she said it was out of warranty and she couldn't do anything.Sincerely,

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I want Microsoft to explain why they disguised an app that let st them forceable install Windows on a personal computer. as a critical update. This is unethical and unacceptable. Microsoft has no right to take control of my computer by disguising an app as an update. I found how to prevent their doing this by removing KB"recommended update"; now Microsoft is using another "update" (app) with a different KB number as a necessary update that lets them once more attempts to install Windows 10. THIS PRACTICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
