Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Am I to understand that Microsoft agrees that they claim a person can change from their GamerTag once without charge, while acknowledging their own forced GamerTag counts as the consumer's own choice?I've attached a screenshot during our web chat.This company CANNOT use their own material, force it on the consumer, let the consumer change their gamertag, and then claim they used their one free creative change from what they previously made to something new, all while the consumer is stripped from his one free chance because of some money scheme?It's bad enough you charge for a textual change rather than limiting to the number of changes one could do in a specific time set down by said company..but instead you'd like to charge $for a visual name change that doesn't provide any other benefits aside from being found?Keep in mind, MicrosoftBlackberry wasn't set in stone to have a place in this economy and you can very easily go the the same route if you keep jerking people aroundThe Live service itself is a joke and shouldn't be legal, but like so many other things, it'll take us consumers boycotting exta fees and companies in general in masses to make you feel like doing things different.You may not see the error in your ways, but hopefuly consumers see your errors and start going the other way...maybe to PCs moreYeah...who needs consoles and extra fees when there's plenty of games that have P2P connections without Live requirements?I know, at least speaking on my own behalf, that PvZ and GTAfor my househould is starting to lose it's pull for having Live, or the XboX for that matterKeep up the shaddy consumer service Microsoft, considering this is my SECOND Revdex.com complaint regarding your company and its inability to work with customersYou found the error in your ways last timeIt's unfortunate you can't do the same this time.Sincerely,*** ***

The CSR resolves that I dis not send them the missing claspFirst, they miss the parts and then blame the error on the customerThey are really unprofessional and the customers should be beware even in using their warranty service.

I made many attempts on their help website (WWW.MICROSOFT.COM) to obtain repair services.
The sight just offers areas to help with my problem, but no real solution to address my problem or correct it
Sent a letter in their headquarters in wash state and never received any reponse the only help obtain was

I am rejecting this response because: This xbox wasn't tampered with! The seal on the Xbox is still intact! How can someone tamper with a machine if the seal on the machine is still intact? You are aware that there is a problem with these units leaking some sort of oily fluid from them after a long stretch of game play How come you are unwilling to stand by your warranty? THIS UNIT WAS NOT TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM! Can you please tell me how the unit was tampered with? I want an explanation on said tampering! When we spoke with customer service, they couldn't give us a reason why your techs considered this unit as being tampered with! Can you??? I demand an answer or I will be perusing this matter further by other means!

I am rejecting this response because:I was told by Surface representatives that my items would be new and not refurbished, I spoke to them on the phone as well as through emails and chats multiple times and more than once was I told it would be new, so “Replacement may be with a new OR refurbished unit” shouldn't be means to consider my case closed, it should be further proof that I should have received a new one as told I wouldI have screenshots with timestamps to prove my warranty was initially set to end on a completely different date, 15/06/which I took the screenshot of the date I got my replacement itemIt later was changed to 11/27/which was not the date it originally said, meaning Microsoft changed my warranty date without telling me.
