Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I would like to point out first that I have asked to be contacted directly through the means of contact that I have provided and not through this complaint formThe entire issue resulting in this complaint being filed against Microsoft is because I am being blocked from the actual department that is taking action against my accountIf a department is going to deny me service that I have paid for they need to make themselves available to discuss it.I was not asking whether action had been taken against my accountThis is redundant information I'm already well aware that action has been taken against my accountMy issue is that there has been no reasoning given as to why action has been takenLegally Microsoft has the right to take any action they want against an account but from a customer service side it only makes sense to justify why I have received an offense.Telling me that I violated one of the rule on almost a page long code of conduct does absolutely nothingEven if you were to tell me specifically what rule I broke it would not be explaining how I broke itYou are expecting me to improve my behavior but have given no guidelines as to what I have done to receive an offense. It is completely counter-intuitive to expect me to correct behavior when I'm not sure which behavior needs correctingYou must explain what I have done wrong in order to expect me to improve my behaviorOtherwise, you are not expecting me to improve and taking action against my account is pointless.Consider this: If you were arrested and put in jail but not told what you did wrong could you be expected to not repeat the offense? Obviously this is a hyperbolic example but it is a fine example of how counter-intuitive it is to expect me to correct behavior that I have not been explained.Make no mistake this complaint was not filed simply because I was denied service it was filed because:1) I have been denied service with no explanation other than a vague redirection towards a laundry list of rules.2) I have been prevented from talking to anyone, specifically the people who actually took action against my account.3) I find it very coincidental that this action is taken mere days after filing an unrelated Revdex.com complaint against MicrosoftI have maintained the same behavior for years on this account and have never had action taken against itFurthermore, on GTAO (the game I play most often) I have above a 90% approval rating from the community. As a closing note I would like to add that the enforcement team is extremely vague not only to what I've done to get myself in trouble but also what means they have done to verify that I actually did anything wrongI am in a slight belief that action may have been taken against my account not actually because of any violation but just because I received bulk reporting from a group of playersIt has been said many times within the Xbox community that the Enforcement teams sometimes automatically levies offenses against players when they are reported multiple times for the same things without investigatingI have also seen in my searches that players have had these offenses lifted when a REAL investigation is done finding that they didn't actually commit an offense but were victimized. Now, for the sake of making it very clear as I have stated this multiple times and been ignored I will be saying this multiple times in unison:I would like to be contacted directly by a member of the enforcement team or somebody higher in the company.I would like to be contacted directly by a member of the enforcement team or somebody higher in the company.I would like to be contacted directly by a member of the enforcement team or somebody higher in the company.I would like to be contacted directly by a member of the enforcement team or somebody higher in the company.Sincerely,*** ***

I was also planning on sending a fax today to say that, after spending several more hours troubleshooting, the problem seems to be resolved so I should not need to be contacted unless the problem comes up again. Also, I had incorrectly listed the price as on the original complaint but after looking back through my bank statement I see the amount was only 29.99.Sincerely, *** ***
