I am rejecting this response because:Microsoft is taking no action to rectify the situationtelling me to just to to a forum to voice my opinion is not a solutionI have already done this and there are thousands other people with the same complaint and nothing is being done about thisI bought the XBOX one because it was advertised as having this snap feature and then after you have my money you decide to take away this feature without a suitable replacement, this should be considered as an illegal practiceThe only solution I will accept is either to restore my console to have the snap feature that I originally purchased it with or refund my money for the console and games I have purchased and I will buy a different systemSo until I get a suitable solution to this problem I will continue to contact the Revdex.com

I have issued a full refund to all unauthorized orders for Skype Credit made on the Skype account "***" in May
The Skype account was automatically blocked after the unauthorized access was detected by the systemThe reason we blocked your Skype account, is to make sure that the fraudsters cannot continue to make misuse the account, which could result in additional cost on your Skype accountOur usual policy is that we will remove the restriction from a Skype account as soon as we have done a few security/identity checks, to make sure we open the account for the rightful owner and not for the fraudstersThe necessary checks after an incident like that include the verification of some of your payment details as well as the necessity to change your Skype account password
I have manually verified the account and adjusted the account settings so that you can change the password on the accountAfter you have changed the password, please confirm this to me and I will unblock the account

After changing the password, please confirm the change and I can unblock your Skype accountIt is very important to change the password in order to make sure that you get back full access to your Skype account

I now apparently have access to my former account, however this was a huge effort to get possible resolution
I am in Africa now where I traditionally used skype but have had no access
I appreciate this particular response but it os unreasonable to have to file Revdex.com complaints to get adequate response from skype, what a shame
