Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: in regards to what was replied I have in fact put in two support tickets one with Microsoft store and its counterpart Xbox store I have transcripts from both and neither tryed to resolve or fix the issue

I spent days trying to resolve the matter as the company demands. The website cited by the company was of absolutely no assistance.

Nothing was ever done by the company to rectify the situation in a timely manner since December of As such, I have since gotten rid of all of Microsoft products in my household and refuse to be a consumer for a business who does not address customer concerns seriouslyI felt cheated out of my previous device after the they received it and appraised the traand misinformed me on how my value can be utilizedNow that over six months have passed, I have moved on from this terrible experience and have moved to a more friendly, customer-supported organization to address any computer-related purchases
