Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: reaching someone that help me with this via phone only let to endless being transferred. When I talked to the chat support I was not issued any sort of ticket or similar identifier. This is a failure of microsoft not myself and how they establish support to make it difficult for the customer to get resolution. I have an xbox id - I have an email that microsoft emails me to bill. You should have a way to look my purchases up. This is a business failure and an attempt to put the responsibility on the customer to go through endless loops until I give up. I paid for movies that were supposed to be accessible outside of xbox and are no longer the case. give me my money back or resolve the issue. Sincerely,*** ***

All they are interested in is getting into my computer to try and upgrade to Windows withoutmy consent, as well as invade my new tower and corrupt my files
The person who continues to contact us is the same person as before, using the same phrases.which turned out to be nothing but a recordingThe person calls himself "Sandeep" and claimsto be part of the Global Escalation Services team which is nothing but a fake just like him.There is no Global Escalation Services teamtherefore, there is no investigation and no solution;their idea of a solution would be to allow another unauthorized Windows I upgrade and dropthe matteror put up with the harassing telephone calls until I agree to their so-called termswhichunfortunately, is automatically allowing the unauthorized Windows IO upgrade
What part of the English language does "Sandeep" and the rest of them do they not understand?I do not want to be harassed any more

I am rejecting this response because: this has been an absolute headache, and not resolved by this company on any way At this point, I'm no longer wanting compensation for the first issue, now im wanting to see Microsoft at least try to help their customersI have had nothing but problems from Microsoft, and they have done nothing except say they cannot helpIf you are going to have a company that helps people get and use products, then I think you should actually do That I rejected the response in order to put this in, but once I get the response that nothing else can be done, I've gotten nothing else, them I will accept it
