Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have already contacted Microsoft support (on many occasions) They have no record of my purchasing year of tech support (even though the tech support was provided at the time of purchase) I have provided information on the charge to my account and the payment has been verified by my bank
I found microsoft customer service to be extremely unhelpful...sending me to department to department to department Sales, member services, accounting, finance, tech support...it went around and around and I never had resolution
I received an email from Revdex.com saying that Microsoft doesn't respond to complaints from Revdex.com so I just gave up Very disappointing Terrible customer service

I spoke to their support people by phone at least six months ago about the continous and harrassing Windows popping up every day several times a dayYour support person was a woman and I do not have her name right now because it has been so long ago, she acted like I was asking for the moon but went into my computer and clicked on THE X BY WINDOWS SO IT WOULD NOT UPDATEDoing that lasted until the next month you do the important downloads, still up until today I am still getting this window show up on my computer TELLING ME I CAN GET WINDOWS Also, since that time my shut down button shows the shield every single day telling me I have updatesSo no I do not accept their excuse because I went to their support people long before I filed this complaint
It is harrassment in the worst way and I am sick of seeing this bigh window telling me to update NOW! I don't want it, my computer is on its last days, and to add that would probably kill my computer.
Thank you Revdex.com you have been most kind since this company told you they would not accept anymore complaints from you, I appreciate your help and kindnessI accept nothing from windows after at least six months of this ***
