Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because I understand that $is more important than your customer, that is why I had to look for an option to get this resolvedI have filled out your form times, twice since your level three support was involvedI have entered the last four digits of the credit card, the device I'd of the last Xbox it was used on., I may have my favorite food wrong, we have had this account for about years.your support calls me on the phone # on the account? I have been trying to resolve this for three months, you auto withdraw this from our credit card so I am not sure when last T&C's were confirmed. Bottom line is you withdrew money from me for an account I can't useYou have been unable to help me use it, I would be surprised if you had any use since you billed us, maybe our attempt to get a passcode so we could use it on a new console.I am fed up with this, I have accounts that are much more important than this and if I need help re-setting a password or getting help with it I speak with one customer service rep and they can get me going.I believe it would be in all of our best interest to credit and cancel this account.thanksSincerely,*** ***
