Once again, you are trying to hold me accountable and responsible for your negligence by asking me to call your representatives and work things out, essentially asking me to do your job for you. You sold me one thing: a dollar app reimbursement, and then reneged on your original agreement with me. Trust me, I am now aligning myself with every site out there, telling them in intricate detail how MICROSOFT RIPPED ME OFF. I have also created my own personal website detailing the crime and am working closely with friends and colleagues about the best and most efficient way to transpose my very legitimate complaint. In fact, I am making it my life's mission to inform the world about MICROSOFT'S criminal transgression towards me. I am not a vindictive person, but I am a person of integrity, a person of conscience, who knows when Goliath is oppressing David, and out of sheer principle, will be the voice of all the "small" voices out there, who have no voice at all.
