This is yet another ploy by Skype to scam a PREVIOUS customer I did cancel, was informed that my skype account was cancelled yet was billed again anyway Nothing should have been billed by "automation." As I said I had already cancelled.Sincerely,*** ***

Thank you for your reply, I was not given a service request number for this issue, however I am not the only one that is having this problem with Microsoft about the same thing. Microsoft will not allow me to contact them without paying them. This game was included with Windows and I am always booted out of the game
