Good Afternoon Microsoft,
While I appreciate your eighth deflection, but this is not going to cut itI'm going to give you the two numbers I received that were labeled as my "Microsoft Support Ticket Number" during my first account recovery requestI did not keep any of the following numbers given with my later requests as this number appears to do nothing but provide hopeThe numbers are the following - *** - ***I received no other identification numbers with my issue (any of the three other times it was submitted) and the two times I contacted Microsoft support I was given no identification number for my issueIf you can't find anything associated with these numbers (I assume you won't) I wish to open a new complaintI hope that isn't so difficultNot having access to many of my personal accounts is proving to be quite a headache, I hope you understand why when I say I will never be purchasing Microsoft products again and I will never be using even their free services.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the Global Escalation team has offered to replace the hardware of the Surface Book device There are thousands of online testimonials on Microsoft and non-Microsoft forums explaining that this proposed resolution by Microsoft has failed, time and time again Microsoft continues to issue new hardware for the Surface Book for affected clients, but this does not resolve the issue in any way There are hundreds of users who have replaced their Surface Book hardware multiple times through Microsoft, with no resolution The Surface Book has software and hardware defects, and replacing the hardware with identical hardware is not an acceptable resolution I will be contacting a class action lawsuit attorney to address this issue, of which there is significant evidence of a class action claim based on the online evidence As there is no real resolution to this issue, the legal claim will include a request for retribution for "time spent" due to the significant amount of time that customers have and are continuing to spend to resolve this issue Microsoft has continued to deceive its customers through this deceptive process of identical hardware replacement, with the knowledge that this is not a realistic resolution to the problem Microsoft has chosen this path, as it is much less costly to replace customers' SurfaceBook with refurbished parts than recalling the hardware or providing refunds for affected clients
As this will complaint will be publicly posted to other customers who have suffered similarly, please search for "Microsoft Surface Book Class Action" on your preferred search engine in the coming weeks for information on next steps

I am rejecting this response because: I have received contact from your agentI have also tried to re-establish contact with your organization, without luckI've been bounced around and around between xbox and microsoft customer serviceMy initial complaint was that the xbox website advertised a console bundle for $on July 11thI clicked add to cart and was sent to checkout - with no options to change or pick another consoleI was shipped a different console than advertisedI called to discuss and was offered a "deal" for the error on xbox/microsoft's endI was offered $off with expedited shippingThat is not the "deal" that I wound up being charged forI was charged the full $At this point, I feel baited and switched by the company twiceIf this is how the company treats customers I will be taking my business elsewhere.
