No, I do not have a service request numberWhen I called and to the person in India,
he refused to give me a case number. He only said that if I would not allow him to take
over my computer Microsoft could not help me remove the Windows upgrade worm
from my computer. Is Microsoft saying here that the lack of my having a service request
number which their tech support rep refused to give me, I cannot get any assistance from
them? They are the only ones that have the capability to remove this mess from my computer
I, in good faith, signed up for the Windows upgrade, but that was before I was told by
Dell Computer, my computer's manufacturer that my model is not approved for Windows

I was never provided with a service request number your customer service associate simply stated first to wait longer then said it was gamestops fault
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I think this is like the 5th time I have changed the passwordYou talk about security, but honestly nothing about skype is that important to me.Now that it is going to be unlocked I want a list of questions and answers so that I can go through the AUTOMATED PROCESS in the future.This info should be sent to my ***@gmail.com account as should have enough information to unlock the skype account
