I am rejecting this response because: Your Techs have already told me they can't fix the computer your Technician broke. It's time to get this computer to a technician that can fix my computer and because of the gross negligence from Microsoft they need to pay for the fix. Maybe it is also time to send your technicians to technical school.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
As I previously said, microsoft continued to charge me after my credit card had expired for a service I was not usingWhen I went to purchase a new year, microsoft took weeks of my subscription away because my credit card had previously expired when I was not using the serviceThis is unacceptableAn acceptable resolution is to extend my game time to the full year I paid for, Nov 8th,
I have been an avid mirosoft fan, purchasing a surface on launch day, a microsoft phone, and holding stock with the companyThis experience has led me to rethink my relationship with microsoft.
