Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. Attached is a letter of explanation with the Microsoft Case Number#***Thank you
Sincerely, *** ***
Dear Sirs:
I was not able to reach a human today at any of the Microsoft Customer Service numbers listed on your website so I am sending this letter. I have already filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI will continue to pursue this issue until it is resolved
Last night Windows was installed on my computer without my permissionThe computer is in my home and I am the only person with access to itMy operating system is Windows and I have ignored all aggressive attempts by Microsoft through the annoying messages to upgrade my system to Windows 10. Yesterday I was using Windows and this morning I looked at my screen and was shocked to see Windows 10. I could not reach a human at Microsoft to remove it so I had to pay $to Dell’s Technical Support to uninstall and restore I DID NOT REQUEST IT AND DO NOT WANT IT
I do not know anyone who is happy with Windows and there is a 100% preference by almost everyone for Windows
Microsoft should reimburse me $for this unnecessary expense due to this unfair and possibly illegal practiceI have a home business and I also wasted a full day on getting uninstalled and restored
Microsoft should be held accountable for this action. From the calls I made today, I learned that many other people have recently had this same experience
Please contact me to resolve this as soon as possible.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The problem and MANY OTHERS are not resolved because I can't contact anyone from Microsoft that has an American accent that I can understand. And just based on the time it took for Microsoft to respond to this complaint it is quite obvious to me that Microsoft does not care about supporting its users.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: You haven't addressed the issue of the complaintThis is not a complaint regarding your product, this is a complaint regarding the fact that your company made an unauthorized charge to my credit card without my knowledge causing a fraud alertThat fraud alert caused my credit card to be have to be reissued right in the middle of the Christmas season which caused a seven day delay in my ability to use the card! In addition, the card is a cash back card which also resulted in the loss of my cash back rewards When I contacted Microsoft regarding the fact that they had caused all of these issues, their response was essentially, "oh well" So one more time Microsoft is NOT addressing the issue and it has been now six months since the issue occurredThe lack of customer service and the inability of Microsoft to address the complaint speaks volumes to the original complaintPerhaps they should reread the complaint before responding! Sincerely,*** ***
