With Skype Unlimited World you can call mobiles in countries/regions and landlines in 63your first month is freeHowever, in case you don't activate the subscription trial correctly or there is a glitch/error, the subscription won't be activateIn your case - the subscription trial on the account "live:***" wasn't correctly activatedThe subscription is shown as "sent to PSP" in the system and not delivered

Microsoft should be aware of updates that they send out
to consumers who use their services..I was sent out a email to
upgrade to Windows Pro bit.I loss or accidentally deleted
the email so I'm closing this complaint in the matter as unresolved
and negligence on Microsoft part..Microsoft is good for sending all
kinds of emails out to consumers and they should have this on file
