I am rejecting this response because:attatched to this email are videos of the occurrence for which my account sustained a ban of which gamer *** states he worked for Xbox live and has friends on the inside as well as the messages that accompanied I made no threats however I was threatened and gamer *** who has a gamer tag against TOS still has an active account this is not fairI was called a favor multiple times and as you can see after enforcement was taken against my account *** message me and said "enjoy the ban ft don't bother a review Microsoft doesn't investigate anything and here's your proof" him and his friend filed identified complains I demand you provide any proof you have I broke any TOS agreementIf you refuse to do so I demand that someone contact me via Telephone to further discuss this matter and this violation of my human rights
