Due to this information, the previous reply from Microsoft regarding a select number of games that are available does not include the title you had intended to play using the Backward Compatibility feature of the Xbox OneAll information was provided on the packaging included on the retail packaging

There is no way to get into contact with Skype through the "Customer Support" only a blog for asking the communityIts absolutely ridiculous!
And yes, I should be able to take care of it though my credit card or bank card, but they did not use either of those, and I should be able to easily follow up with the company and resolve this matter rather than getting hours of being run around on a web pageNo interest in talking to your community of users who do not work for the company and can't resolve this matter
How about a direct e-mail or phone number for customer support so this can be addressed?
