I am rejecting this response because:i am not happy to just receive an email saying microsoft will contact me!! I have sent many emails and been ignored every time There is no time frame for their response so how long am I expected to wait I am sick of being ignored when I have spent a fortune on prepaid Xbox live, console and games all of which are rendered useless due to microsofts incompetenceI have been without this since 21st April and it is now 21st May I have spent hours trying to contact Microsoft only to be ignored and refuse to just accept that they will contact me directly when they haven't so far!! I am a furious, unhappy customerPlease help!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Oh my goodness that is the same generic response we have received from several people at skype My email is a registered email address, because I have a skype account that I have logged into for several years Our other account is under ***@rocketmail.com Everyone at skype also says that there are no services associated with this email address also In fact, skype customer service had the nerve to ask ME why SKYPE is Charging our credit card, because they don't see any services associated with either email accountYet, I have spent months now actually submitteing screen shots from my credit card bill where skype has charged me They finally wrote me back this weekend to say that they absolutely can't figure out why they are charging us and that we should change our credit card numberCompletely unacceptable Don't send me another generic customer service response Been there, done that...you are wasting my time Fraudulent charges, and fraudulent consumer practices I have communicated numerous times that my credit card is no longer to be charged, but skype says they can't stop it because they themselves don't even know why they are charging my credit card each monthfraud fraud fraud..I want to be reimbursed for all of these fraudulent charges since you can't figure out why you are charging my card.Sincerely,*** *** ***
