I am rejecting this response because:As I informed your rep, nothing on my account was incorrect, nor did your rep make any changes to my account informationI requested a refund weeks before I spoke with the last representativeFirst your company stated that it was because of the shipping address, now you're saying that it's notMy information has been the same, and this is the second occurrence of Microsoft charging me sales tax in a tax-free state so I find it hard to believe that it will not happen againWhat is wrong with your system that it is causing me to be charged tax, and where are the additional funds going? I know it's not going to the state

Although with multiple contacts with customer service and even requested a supervisor to review, they are still unable to remove the hold until I have filed in a complaint with Revdex.com, I hope the business can work better on this type of incident better in the future
