At this time, I have been contacted directly by Michael Kors regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Further to my initial complaint listed yesterday, I have since had correspondence with Joao P*** from Europe MK Customer Services, (please see attached email) who has agreed for a partial refund for me to get the handbag repaired elsewhere

Spoke to *** *** who was very pleasant with me from the beginningI allowed her to vent and attained all of the information surrounding her handbag and shipping
It turns out, her handbag is one of those missing packages from the beginning of JulyI was able to get information from her regarding her handbag and model and confirmed with the DC that the item was not one with missing information
She explained her niece suffers from schizophrenia and is the reason behind the escalation, along with the fact that she was frustrated after dealing with Nordstrom’s online services and getting nowhere, and then never hearing from usI explained that do to unforeseen issues with shipping we were unable to locate her package and offered her our apologies and cleared that under circumstances our team reaches out to our customers to follow up after inspection has been completed I told her that based on her statements regarding the handbag, that we would not have been able to repair it and would have offered her a replacementI offered her the credit value for the Bedford Bowling Satchel, and clarified that I would not be able to offer her the same item, because we no longer had it in stock
I was able to find the replacement handbag she selected in one of our stores (store ***) and offered to pull it for herI offered her the wallet because we had it in the closet and she had a remaining balance from her credit
Currently the item is being shipped, along with a wallet I found in the closet to match her handbagShe should receive both packages Thursday by the end of the day
Tracking number for the handbag is *** and the wallet that is shipping from here is***
I left her extremely content and offering her apologies for reaching out to the Revdex.comShe stated that she was just frustrated with all that happened and was fed upShe stated that she would be going online to retract her statements and close out the case

Michael Kors has the worst customer service, they don't respond to Revdex.com complaints as well as customer complaintsA petition should be started by customers banning this company from being in the market placeMaybe the principles should be changed outtheres a thoughtMrKors your company should be closed because of the way you and your staff treat the customer

I'm not sure if the business has contacted because of this complain ID or whether in response to my email to them I did not receive a solution from the store and decided to drive back to pick up the belt myself When in the store, the [redacted] still offered no solution, nor apologies, which led me to request the [redacted]'s contact She only provided me a name and a 1-number saying that if I call them customer service will direct me to her [redacted]
I responded to the email from Michael Kors and did just that, requesting to be connected to the [redacted] on July ** To date, I have not heard form the [redacted] or anybody else from Michael Kors
