I do apologize about the inconveniences this journey has cause you. As compensation passengers were given a redemption code. Unfortunately per our internal compensation policy we are unable to honor your request of a refund.

Story Time: So against my better judgement I decided to take a Megabus from Atlanta to Memphis. The ticket was dirt cheap and I could just sleep on the trip. The first bus going to Memphis was 45 minutes late. The driver was a bit disorganized being that he accidentally locked himself out of the bus and one of the passengers had to figure out how to open the doors for him. He didn't know where the destination points were and just seemed confused all together. Again, I said hey, it's a cheap ticket no big deal. Today I was supposed to return to Atlanta and I arrived on time to the location (pulling up directly behind the bus) in which everyone was already on the bus, so I quickly got out and kissed my family goodbye. The driver sees us. The luggage handlers tell me to hurry because, "She's (the bus driver) petty." As soon as they tell us this, the bus pulls off. ?? My mother is physically chasing the bus and knocks on the window desperately trying to get the driver to stop. She doesn't. Instead she looks my mother in the eyes and shakes her finger at her like a petulant child.

It's not that I cannot change my ticket to another time or even that I missed the bus, it was the evil manner in which this specific bus driver treated us. The luggage handler told us that this specific driver named Latonya did this all of the time to people and that even if we went to the rest stop in Tupelo half an hour away to meet the bus, she would still probably not let us on. She's had multiple complaints, yet she's still working. I tried calling to make a complaint but the company is overseas and gave me the, "send us an email and we will investigate the situation" speech.

I can appreciate that there is a schedule to keep and that she technically left on time, HOWEVER, we were on time and she saw us. It would have take all of 15 seconds for me to get on. I imagine there is a reason that all of this happened:
Lesson 1. On time means 30 minutes early
Lesson 2. Some people are as compassionate as spoon
Lesson 3. Never take the Megabus again

And I'm so sorry to my mother that this woman was so blatantly rude to you. Atleast I get to spend more time you before I have to return to Atlanta. As for the bus driver, God Bless you anyways.

I am rejecting this response because:
There is no text in the Terms and Conditions referencing the parameters of an acceptable delay. The Terms and Conditions, as posted online as of Feb. 2, 2016, are attached. Furthermore, simply providing transportation at an unspecified time does not constitute 'providing a service'. At the time I made my decision to request a refund, customer service (telephone) had no knowledge of the length or cause of the delay, nor did the Megabus employees at the [redacted] bus station. This route was either A) Overbooked (as stated by the Megabus employees, not me.) B) Improperly scheduled (meaning the incorrect bus was sent for the booking) or C) Improperly organized (meaning there was a failure to have the bus arrive at the pickup location on time). In the event of C) it is a greater failure to have 1 of 2 buses able to make it.

Great trustworthy service and reliability. I have been doing business with SD Bullion for a number of years and have never had an issue.

It has been 7 days, and Megabus has done little to nothing regarding this complaint. I have received one auto-reply message via Facebook stating they were looking into the complaint. I will look for resolution soon.

The passenger must send a reservation number in order to be assisted.

Client was refunded.

I've been an SD Bullion customer for around three years and have about twelve transactions under my belt. Every transaction has been effortless and fast. I make an order and around twelve days later the metal is delivered to my door. Hassle free, my kind of transaction!
