Have been a customer for years and have sent several friends to them and all of us are pleased.

I am rejecting this response because:Unless they went to an address different than the one specified on the email, I can promise that those two buses were in fact, not at the bus stop. I literally have a picture taken of my girlfriend at exactly 10:01am of us at the correct location as referred to in the email, with no bus there! I am more than willing to show this evidence if asked. My girlfriend and I were at the correct location from 8:15am-11am, where the bus usually comes every time, and neither of the two buses ever came. And when I called Megabus at 915am for status of the 830am bus, they told me that with the information I gave them (my name and reservation #) they had no bus on record leaving for [redacted] from [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:Megabus materially failed on its advertised service to convey me to my destination in a timely manner, dropping me off...

more than 2.5 hours late due to an incompetent driver's mistakes that was entirely under Megabus' control.  I request a simple refund of my fare, not a complimentary ticket to ride on the same service which made me miss my flight and suffer its repercussions.  I am so disappointed in the management of Megabus, they are transparently providing a substandard service with no apologies.

Probably the best boullion company I have bought from. Consistant, inexpensive always in stock variety of products in addtion to exclusive items. Superfast shipping prices and times. They regularly have specials and other promotions. At the end of an order, they always come out ahead at providing me with the lowest total cost compaired to other online retailers and depending on my specific order come in at the same price as my local shop and that is including the shipping cost and any CC fees. All in all, the first and only place I will buy my PM's. Really an all star stellar company. Shop with confidence !
