So 9/12/16 my friend and her kids needed to catch a bus to Detroit. Departure time was 1300/1:00 pm. We were on our way I received a email 20 mind before we arrived that a windstar bus lines will take over instead of megabus.Well this is Chicago and 12 to 3pm traffic is crazy.We made it there by 1.We saw a megabus but it was to Cleveland.Megabus was called we were told the bus was running behind because of the switch. So we waited and waited. Still no business tor Detroit until one of the other drivers notified us that he saw the bus on the way to Chicago and that the bus left already. We called to see if we can reschedule my friend and her kids we were told no and we will have to pay an additional $123 in order to get them on the next bus at 7am. What I don't understand is why can't she switch her unused ticket for the next day. Megabus should communicate more better than what they did.

This company actually really dose stand behind their best price guarantee. Easy communication and extremely fast shipping. The products are top quality at a great price. You cant miss with the Doc. and SD Bullion so if you are considering them go ahead and order.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe that Megabus's statement that passengers are informed of delays in service is incorrect. On that day of about 10 plus passengers waiting, no one was contacted regarding the delay or anticipated time of arrival. If I were guessing  the company doesn't have a formal policy or mechanism to do so. Further, this is likely a nationwide problem with this company's service. The Revdex.com of New Jersey has an ethical responsibility to all of the consumers affected by this poor customer service.

This firm was very easy to work with. It was a seamless, painless transaction with complete situational awareness the entire way through. Order tracking was simple and constant email updates were provided. The product was delivered discretely and on time. Simply a great business transaction between two parties.

It appears the passenger went to the old bus stop. Our bus stop changed due to construction at the old location, and the proper bus stop information would have been printed on the passengers confirmation.Per our terms and conditions:Reservations with megabus.com may not be refunded...

me back.  She has asked me to give her some time to look into my missing items.That was on thursday June19, 2014. at 10:22am, I have yet to here from her.  I WIL  NOT go away!!!.   She stated she will contact me regardless of what she finds.I was sent a insurance claim form to fill out.  I did so but still have no idea of what's next.I'm still very angry and dissatisfied and believe that this is something that happens quite often.  Passenger getting their travel bags stolen daily.  Cameras need to be placed near the bus sight to prevent or discourage workers from stealing peoples items.  A check-in system should be put in place like the airline or greyhound, even if it means charging a little more. workers need to be held accountable PERIOD.  something must be done about this MAJOR PROBLEM MEGABUs has and the President/CEO should be ashamed of himself for contkuing to allow this.  I am 100% certain he knows of this problem!!!!!!!!!  100%

SD Bullion has never disappointed! Their service is great and delivery is fast. The prices are very competitive and I have loved every coin I have purchased from them. They always have new and interesting coins and bars, including commemorative items. I highly recommend SD Bullion to anyone interested in collecting coins for pleasure or as an investment.

We spent 4 nights there and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the breakfast. All the staff were professional and courteous! Will be back.
