I have done business with this company for three years and will continue to do so. They are fast do what they say they will do and have an easy site to use.

I have found that SD Bullion is a great company to work with. They do exactly what they say they will and have been very professional to deal with. They have responded promptly to my questions and are the best value I have found.

I understand that the representatives informed you they were unable to track the bus which is correct. The call center you contacted does not have the ability to track buses that are completed by different journeys. The escalations team however have the ability to track all buses. The reason you missed your bus was not at fault of the information you were given by customer service therefore, I am unable to honor your request of a refund. At this time no compensation can be given in regards to this concern.
