Megabus.com

Have made many purchases from SD B. Experienced no problems. I give them 5 stars.

Please be advised that after investigation we concluded this was not a megabus.com double booking error. The reservations that were booked are for two different times. One at 1:30pm from New York to Washington and one at 2:00pm from New York to Washington. Both reservations are within the same transaction/order. This means that both reservations were in the basket at time of checkout. If this was a megabus.com booking error a error system message would have come up saying the transaction did not go through and you proceeded to book another reservation causing a different transaction. This was not the case. Both reservations are in the same order meaning you inputted your payment information once. Unfortunately we are unable to compensate you if you mistakenly double book your reservations.

I do apologize about the inconveniences this has caused you. Please be advised after investigating this issue, we were able to confirm your bus departed the [redacted] stop at 6:53pm. Unfortunately no compensation can be given if you missed your bus.

So far SD bullion has provided excellent and quick service. Orders have been filled exactly and pricing is some of the best I have seen.

Client is allowed to reschedule trip. An email was sent to the client providing further instructions on how to reschedule the trip.
