I have had a great experience with SD Bullion every time I have bought from them. Best prices and service around.

I am rejecting this response because:
I had numerous persons in my group that sent complaint letters and the complaints were ignored until the Revdex.com became involved. The [redacted] profile for Megabus, Megabus.com documents the numerous complaints that people report that are continuously ignored. It is documented that the bus drivers are rude/unprofessional and they are known to drive off and leave passengers stranded.
Megabus sends these same automated messages and it does not display to me a sincere response from such a large company because they say that someone will follow up and they never do which is proven according to dissatisfied customers on [redacted]. A person received the same response that Megagus recently sent me and they later went back on [redacted] because Megabus never followed up as promised.
Due to the sensitivity of my complaint, I would like a refund for the return trip for all parties in my group and I would appreciate a phone call instead of an impersonal automated response. I feel that the automated responses are only sent to hush the customer and their intent is to never follow up. So, again, I am not accepting the automated email they sent.

I have been a customer of SD Bullion for almost 2 years and have found the products and service to truly exemplary. They have earned my trust, confidence and continued business.
I recently took the megabus, and waited at the Iowa City stop for well over an hour. My bus was scheduled to leave at 10:15am; instead it left at 10:40. And yet, I, along with about forty other customers, were left standing in the cold because we were told that they did not have enough room for our luggage. This was true, of course, but I'm very disappointed that they overbooked. Megabus knows that everything will be busier during the holiday season, and yet they fail to plan accordingly. Then, when the second bus finally arrived, the driver made an announcement, telling everyone to "look outside. If you see your luggage on the sidewalk, get off the bus." This was a horrrible and very unprofessional way of handling the situation. We should have been refunded for having to wait for another bus, and yet we ended up leaving about ten people stranded. I have no idea when their next bus came. The bus I ended up on left at 11:45 - a full hour and a half after I was scheduled to leave. The prices are unbeatable, but they should not be able to get away with this level of unprofessionalism. I have never had a trip where something did not go wrong. To make matters worse, we did not stop at the rest stop, so passengers had only a ten minute break, during which the only food source available were vending machines - we were not allowed to buy lunch. Very displeased. I've learned to never expect a smooth ride, but that took it way too far.

Please take into consideration the reason why we, the party of four (4) missed our July 16, 2016 at 6:30AM bus heading from Philadelphia, Pa to New York. It was a situation beyond our control: our connecting train broke down. Also consider that the only offer your customer services workers gave us as a solution, was to take the 1:20PM bus which arrives at New York at 3:30PM, it was simply not feasible if we were scheduled to take the Megabus returning from New York at 4:05PM. You are a company that is taking a big chunk of the transportation market. You are treating the customs with such kind of disrespect that is disgusting. Even more when you get to hear, over the phone, the laughs of other customer services representatives in the background who possibly laugh at us because they know that customers that phone call your company to claim any king of refund, credit, or reconsideration from your company, enter into a lost cause because your policies does take into consideration situations that are beyond control. Definitely it appears that your company does not value our business. It appears too all of us, that are and have considered to be ripped off by you, that your company is just about the money. I am not asking for you to reconsider the giving me back the $104 dollars as the only solution. I have request that, if that is not possible, please issue a credit so we get what I paid for and we did not get: good service. You took our money, you have not provided the service and it is not fair that you continue doing that, not just to me, but to many orders that have requested reconsideration that have complained because they have found themselves in a similar situation.

SD Bullion has been a very trustworthy company for my bullion needs. I find it a pleasant experience ordering from their diverse product line. And I never had a long wait for the product to arrive. I am also satisfied with the long term food storage products they have to offer. I also enjoy reading the daily blog they produce. It is one of my go to sites for information. I would have no problem recommending them to others.

this company run by criminals- they have world pay charge my card they paid me back $1- so how did they do that- the company failed- they are a fraud and a scam- they advertised ticket for travel and I paid 1 month in advance- last week they canceled 5 of my perpaid trips but refused to refund booking fee- they cancelled all reservations to travel - their written poilcy is to let customer travel same trip ifit is given immediately before or after cancelled one- which all 5 have- so they did cancel making me have to pay twice for same ticket plus an additonal booking fee-- thsi s criminal and outrageous and an unauthorized charge on my credit card-= they ddi not answer the complaint but avode with baloney false excuse- law enforcement needs to know- unauthorized stealing of crdit car use of customers- they were not authorized to charge my card for nothing scam and fraud

I've bought silver and gold from other major dealers and this was my first purchase from SD Bullion. They provided excellent service on all fronts. The website, shopping basket and check out terms are clear and easy to use. Communications were excellent. They packed and shipped my order the same day they received my wire payment, and immediately provided me with a tracking number. What you see is what you get with SD, at very competitive prices.

By way of background, I have traveled roundtrip to Cincinnati from Cleveland on Megabus several times over the past few years. Each time the trip was enjoyable, relaxing, and a very positive experience. All that changed yesterday on my return trip.
I traveled yesterday, April 19, 2015 from Cincinnati to Cleveland on the 6:00pm departure. What a horrible bus ride!!!!
We departed Cincinnati about 6:30pm, about 30 minutes late. I understand issues come up, traffic, accidents, refill of fuel, etc. that can delay a trip. While departing late was not ideal, I accepted it.
My issue comes with the driver. The trip from Cincinnati to Cleveland usually takes 4.5-5 hours, with a single stop in Columbus to pick up passengers. After making the Columbus stop we drove another 15-20 minutes before the driver stopped at a gas station where he said "we're gonna be here for a while, so you may want to get a coke and a bite to eat." It was a 30+ minute break that was not needed nor scheduled.
As bad as that was, the drive got worse. He decided to pull off in Medina, Oh (about 45 minutes south of Cleveland) to fill up on gas. After he got off Interstate 71 in Medina, he changed his mind, and got back on I-71. Not sure why he changed his mind, but the detour was unnecessary.
15 minutes later, he got off at state route 82 in Strongsville to get more gas. He pulled into a BP station, but then changed his mind and went to a Sheets deep in Strongsville, almost in Olmsted Falls! This gas detour added at least 25-30 minutes to the trip; again, totally unnecessary, especially after stopping 30 minutes just an hour earlier where he had plenty of time/opportunity to fill up then.
Once we got back on I-71 for the final leg of the trip (about 30 minutes to downtown Cleveland), he decided to take a detour over to I-77 and take that route into Cleveland instead! This round-about-way added another 20-30 minutes to the trip,,, absolutely unnecessary!!!!
Nearly everyone else on the bus was getting equally upset. Some had been on the bus all day, starting their day in Atlanta. These passengers were held hostage by a callous an uncaring driver who, for whatever reason, acted in a bizarre fashion with little or no care or compassion for his customers.
This trip should have been easy, simple, and enjoyable. I anticipated arriving to Cleveland shortly before 11pm; instead, I didn't get to the bus terminal until 12:15am.
This company is excellent to deal with. Excellent products, excellent communication, excellent service. Five star!

In the last 12 months I have purchased bullion from SD Bullion eight times. Each and every time I was completely satisfied with the transaction. They ship immediately upon receipt of payment, the product is very securely and discretely packaged. No one beats their prices. What more could anyone ask. Kudos to the Silver Doctor, may you stay in business a long time.
They do what they say what they will do....in a professional manner. Packaging is discrete and nicely done. Apleasure to do business with.

The transaction was smooth and quick. From the day I placed my order and sent my check to the day I received my order was only 1 week!
