I am rejecting this response because: customer service reps told me they were only able to track mega buses and that they could not track the [redacted] bus I would be on. I was told by reps and via email it was a [redacted] bus. So if calls are monitored for quality and training purposes those calls at those times should be able to be reviewed. However nonetheless this is ridiculous I was there prior to 8:10am at the location that was provided via email. No bus was there from then until after 10 when I decided to purchase a different route home so I am requesting a full refund.

I apologize about the troubles this has caused you. Please be advised you have been in contact with our lost and found manager who provided you with instructions on retrieving your items and returning the items you had.

As mentioned in the previous response the service arrived 1 hour and 47 minutes delayed due to traffic and in our terms and conditions it also states megabus.com is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic or road conditions, weather or other causes over which it has no control. The bus departed 1 hour and 9 minutes delayed from Chicago which is the reason the client was offered a one way complimentary ticket and unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.

SD Bullion has delivered all my orders promptly and undamaged ,with no hassles or delays. They are very courteous and helpful on the phone also. I would definitly recomend them to anyone looking for their services.

On the date of 6/11/16 I arrived at the megabus stop realizing the bus had left way before it's scheduled time I called the customer service seeing if they could honor my ticket and switch it to the evening bus they basically told me no because the bus left at its scheduled time but if that's the time it's supposed to arrive why is it gone by that time so I had to repurchase a ticket so I go back to the bus stop in the evening and its late extremely late me and other people called customer service and though the course of trying to find information we were hung up on multiple times and they had no real information this is ridiculous I have never had any problems with megabus but today I guess the sheets were pulled back and light cut on revealing all the issues because this was horrible

good company to do business with .Always helpful customer service and fast delivery.I will purchase from them again.

As I stated before. I was not only...

not late. But also 20 minutes early. With the bus scheduled to leave at 2:30, I arrived at 2:10 and got in line. The employee who was overseeing the passengers and tickets did this to about 8 to a dozen people who already had purchased tickets for the same bus and also in line with me. Directly next to the bus. He simply stopped our line, collected cash for those trying to get on standby, then turned to us and said you missed your bus and have to pay extra for the next one. Regardless of the fact that the bus was still there and we all had tickets and have been waiting to get on.

I am rejecting this response because:This is [redacted] and my complaint ID is [redacted]. I have complained that I had lost my luggage on Megabus. The supervisor from megabus lost and fund department has talked to me last Friday that they found my luggage at Chicago and also she sent a photo of my luggage that was mine I confirmed it. She said she would mail my luggage this Monday. I called her many time this week to make sure that if she mailed it to me or not but she didn't respond at all although her voice mail says they will call me back in 24-48 hours?So is there anyway that you can help please?

I am rejecting this response because: the response simply ignores the facts I presented that prove my claim, and instead simply denies wrongdoing. Let me restate the facts: 1) I purchased an e-ticket on Megabus.com, 2) the e-ticket stated that all busses operated by Megabus.com departed from the stop on [redacted] between [redacted] and [redacted], and that riders should be at the stop 15 prior to departure time, 3) there was no indication that the bus for which I had purchased a ticket on Megabus.com was not operated by Megabus.com, so I was present at the [redacted] stop 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time as instructed by the ticket, and 4) I missed the bus anyway because, in contrast to the instructions on the email sent to me, my bus departed from another location.  Accordingly, Megabus.com is liable for selling me a ticket that instructed me wait not at the bus stop and therefore miss my bus, and should reimburse the cost of that ticket.  It's pretty simple, now stop stalling and either admit liability or admit that you'll continue to deny my claim regardless of the underlying facts. Either one will do at this point.  Seriously, this has got to be one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, I've already told all of my friends and colleagues of this experience.

Very good company to do business with. Great prices and unique products. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. E-mail updates on prices and sales are very much appreciated.
