We can't begin to say how much we appreciated this serviceChase & Thorn were friendly, polite & HARD-WORKING!! They went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure our move went carefully & smoothlyParking was out of their control & they had to move their truck several times for others' access-they did so apologizing to us every timeWhen they moved our items into new location, they spent time setting up bed frames & mattresses for usWe are a retired couple & this was an unexpected service & surpriseThis meant SO MUCH!! as a company whom is in the service industry and depends highly on its reputation it is apparent that their transfer fees they charge is more important then their reputationI will spread the word that massage envy is more interested in contracts and hiding behind them then actually working with clients requestsword of mouth is the most influential factor when growing a business....watch out for BS fees that they add to contract

Firefighting's Finest did a wonderful job with our moveAt all levels, from initial call for information to signing final papers following the move, they were professional, honest, courteous, and respectfulThey are not the cheapest quote you will get, though still very reasonable, but we have learned the hard way, you get what you pay for! We had six crew members for our large move and everyone was efficient, strong, and careful with all of our belongingsThe only damage found is a few very small dents in the top of our washer, and we had a lot of furniture and boxes! They were careful and experienced moving our baby grand piano, antique grandfather clock, and antique VictrolaWe cannot recommend them highly enough

Not an acceptable resolution Why am I being penalized with such a large payment sum? To pay monthly payments at once to an establishment I do not care to do business with Who has lied and treated me horribly. My monthly payments stopped because the business was unresponsive to my attempts to update my credit card information I even tried to make payments to another location to keep up with my membership but they would not allow it Instead sending me to collections! I have tried in good faith to come to a resolution But this establishment is clearly not interested in working with me They only want to punish me for their incompetent customer service.
