I’m sorry to see that you have “rejected” my 1st
attempt to resolve this issueI understand your frustration on being unable to
book your appointments, per your specifications as your home clinicBut as
previously mentioned, one of the benefits of the Massage Envy membership is
that you are able to enjoy your membership at any of the locations nationwide
There are locations that are less than miles away from your home clinicOur
Lake Forest clinic is less than miles away, and does staff up to female
therapists during the weekends.The Mission Viejo North clinic staffs up to
female therapists during the weekends (we have just added more females to the
weekends) Be rest assured that we are diligently
interviewing and hiring new massage therapists on a consistent basis, and we
have never stopped hiring specifically for nights and weekend shiftsGiven the
fact that your membership is available for use at all of the Orange County
Massage Envy locations, I am confident that you are able to book (2) minute
sessions within minutes of each other, with female therapists when calling 4-
days in advance, if you become flexible on the locations that you will visit for
your sessionsAs mentioned in my previous response, if you prefer to utilize
the Transfer Policy and transfer some of your massage sessions to friends and
family, we are more than happy to accommodate thatThe Transfer Policy as
stated on the Massage Envy website is as follows: "Share one membership massage per month with a friend or
family member for a transfer fee of only $per massage (same recipient may
enjoy one transferred massage every six months by the same member)For more
information, please contact your local clinic." I’m sorry if there was a miscommunication
in regards to transferred massages expiring after days of transferI’ve
confirmed with my staff that transferred sessions do NOT expire after days
of transferBut, please note that the transferred sessions DO expire when the
original member’s membership expires/terminates I’ve also authorized the manager at your home
clinic, ***, to explain the exceptions that she is able to make for you in
regards to the Transfer PolicyPlease contact *** at (949)388-in
order to discuss those details

Firefighting's Finest helped us twice in a week moving large heavy items around our houseThe two crews were wonderful guysThey were fast, very friendly and careful with our itemsHighly recommend this company!

Service I requested was not the service that I paid for or received
I ended up walking in the front entrance at approximately 8:a.mand when I first walked in, I said with a smile that I was early and that I had an appointment at 8: I was greeted by a front desk receptionist by the name of '***' I was then escorted into the waiting room to fill out paperwork Upon finishing the paperwork, I went back to the front desk to turn it in and to ask if I could have a gift card's balance checked for me At this time *** stated that she could not verify the balance due to the "***" being down or not working She then began to explain how *** was connected to the internet and that she could only check a gift card if it was purchased from the*** store location As a customer I did not want to hear the workings of what *** was or how it worked She said she would continue to work on it, as she escorted me back into the waiting area to go over my paperw

We just moved locally in the ATX and we hadn’t moved in 18yrs from our first home so I was not excited about choosing a moving companyBoy I and so happy I did my research and chose these moversThe man team showed up on time and was very respectful and considerate of our belongs! They asked questions and actually had a system of placing items in the truckI highly recommend this company!

I could not be happier with this moving company from start to finishThe initial call was easy and helpfulThe movers were on time, worked hard, finished earlier than the estimate, and were so friendly and kind to both me and my son (and my dog!)I was charged a very reasonable rate, as wellI would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any moves in the future!

Firefighting's Finest handled my move from a second floor apartment to a house The three man crew was top notch and very professional The move took hours and they did a fantastic and thorough job They placed all my things exactly where I wanted them and were very gracious when I changed my mind and had them move things around more than once! They had a great attitude and I enjoyed working with them! I've used several moving companies around the DFW area, but I'm never using anyone but Firefighting's Finest from now on!

We have already fulfilled this members requestThe cancellation was processed 12/11/before this claim was submittedWe've done our best to meet all the clients demands and we do our best to work with each and every client to meet their
needsFurthermore, the client was the one initiating the contactWe had only contacted her twice to resolve the issueWe provide our clients the opportunity to fill out a cancellation form and provide them this as their proof of cancellationThis client however, did not come in to complete that form so we were unable to provide her the confirmation she requested, although it was processedBoth we and our customer apologized to ***for this unfortunate accidentWe did cancel her membership as requestedWe also cancelled her boyfriend *** membership at his request*** was extremely rude and abusive when talking to *** and after being cursed at and threatened it was necessary to hang up on herI did not like how she kept changing her Yelp rating in an attempt to manipulate us, *** and the other client also stated that they were completely covered when he mistakenly opened the door but in her Yelp review she changed her storyIn the end we chose to be gracious and give her what she requested

Great employees who always work to exceed our expectations

received bid to move household items from Mansfield, Texas to Saint Augustine, Florida Company repeatedly assured me that they would move all in one truck On moving day, after noon, they told me that they couldn't move everything The project manager, after some calls, then said they could move everything by taking it all to the office and switching to a larger truck Later, around pm, someone higher in the company came by and flat out said they would not switch trucks, and for $more, they would take what was left and deliver it to us in mid April, some three weeks later We had no option, as we had already closed on the house we were leaving, and there was furniture all over the front yard The company failed to follow their printed guidelines, reneged on an agreement made by their on-site project manager, and failed to remedy a mistake made by their project leader, who repeated told my wife and I that we would only need one truck We previously hired two U-Haul box

I moved my daughter from Fort Worth to Dallas and used Firefighters Finest Moving and Storage IncI would highly recommend using this company for all of your moving needsNic Trujillo was great with calling me back for a quote and keeping in touch with me before the movers got to my placeJoshua Neal and his man crew were very professional and nice getting to both places on time and doing a great job with moving heavy pieces of furniture and boxes without any damage
