For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not wish to pay them any moneyI don't understand why they want me to pay more for something I already paid for and was dissatisfied withThe "representative" they had call me, was the therapist that mistreated my boyfriend, so no I do not wish to speak to herI called and asked to speak with a manager, but instead was told to call corporate if I had a problem, because their manager wasn't accepting phone calls....??? So please tell me another way to solve this?

The issue is that the gift card was sold to my family under pretensesThey purchased a gift for me from Massage Envy and were told that for what they paid they were able to purchase a massage and foot scrub with the gratuity included for the $They were not told or shown, given information on or any other way told that if the recipient of the gift card had been previously seen at any of the nationwide facilities that there may be additional chargesHad the information been disclosed in person when they came in to purchase the gift card or if it is disclosed on the gift card itself then that would be different, but it doesn't.
I will not return to your facility for servicesThe only reason I was going to return at all was because of having the gift cardThe first time I was in your facility your massage therapist had a foul mouth dropping the "F" bomb during my massage and when I said something afterwards all I got was, " I'm sorry, can I sell you a membership" !?! This time when I called to schedule a massage I informed the gal that answered that I had a bad experience there the first time I was there and she was very sweet and she said, " I promise this time will be much better." I look forward to getting this resolved.

I am rejecting this response because what you don't see in these pictures are my broken heart and disbelief that provoked my emotional outburst...my wife was in a serious accident, paralyzed from the waste down, and I was told by my doctor that she may not survive the week and wont live to see her 40th bday on October 7th which was what gift card and appt were for as a surpriseThe ONLY responses I receieved from *** (manager) and *** were "Cant she get the doctor to approve her massage?" and "Can't you use the card yourself?"Not one time was there any show of empathy for my situation or show of business common sense that mine was a unique situationSuccessful managers are flexible with policies, unsuccessful managers are not...*** falls in the latter categoryIn my lifetime I've never met more heartless, sarcastic, and immature individuals let alone managersAs a side note, the Leader of the store *** went to the back while she left her employee out front with me and even asked a patron to go out front until police came, IF she truly felt like she was in danger it was a cowardly move and fireable offense to put her employee and a patron in dangerIn the end I will get my $refund AND termination/demotion of BOTH emoyee or I WILL file a lawsuit vs persons, franchisee, and corporation involved for defamation and emotional distress...and Im very serious in regard to that

To whom it may concern,It is my understanding that *** *** has tried to schedule an appointment with of our locations and chose not to schedule because she did not want to put a credit card on file She sent in a survey regarding the situation I have emailed her on September 1, 2015, which is how she wanted to be contacted and have yet to hear from herI would like to speak with her regarding the situation but I only have one way of contacting her and am currently waiting for a responseIt is a policy of Massage Envy to have a cc on file to reserve the appointmentWe do not charge anything unless she no shows for an appointment or cancels within hours of the appointmentAt that point we will call to see if she would like to use the cc on file or the gift card as a method of paymentHowever, if she makes the appointment we will use the gift cardThis has been a policy for a while and every guest that schedules an appointment with us has to put a cc on file to reserve their appointment If you have any questions or need any additional information please let me know!Thanks,*** ***

My girl friend and I have been with massage envy for almost a year nowWhen we first started our couples massage membership we where already at a bad start with how hard it was to get something scheduledMassage envy only having opening every couple monthsFigured we could catch up but due to them canceling because employees quit or didn't come in made it hardAnd all while we are still paying every monthWe are currently both at about $on our accounts totally around $I have been wanting to cancel my membership when it was obvious The company was not doing well and having issuesI know ther policy states they don't give refundsBut come on, if you can't provide the service we pay for proficiently then It voids the contract because your not filling your partThe service in witch we pay a lot of money for and I feel you guys take advantage of this back and forth messed up policyI do not trust that if I cancel my membership that I'll be able to use all my massages in th

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The membership document attached to the response is copyrighted in (after multiple class action suits were levied against ME for disputed business practices).In order to accept the response of a day expiration which was never verbally conveyed to me, the recipient, or the gifter (with whom I am still in touch); I expect to be provided the specific contract the gifter signed, not a current, generic membership agreement that was not in effect at the time the gifter entered into the agreement.Note: it is true the gifter did cancel her membership, however, it was due to moving outside the country. I am rejecting this response because: it appeared as though they were going to honor the one-hour massage I have already paid for, but that is not the case at allI called them today and they will "allow" me to give them my new credit card number, get charged for at least another one-hour massage (thereby giving me on my account)Then they'll let me redeem one of themAnd no doubt keep charging me again and againNot acceptable, I am not willing to give them any more moneyI have a credit for a one-hour massage, paid for in March of 2015. I want to use it (at a different location, which is allowed)That is why I filed the complaint. Yesterday, after finally getting ahold of them via email, I sent them a written notice to discontinue a 12-month contract that I fulfilled in full almost five years ago (in October, 2010)I had let it continue to auto-bill since then. The consumer was in here yesterday and the refund has been processed for her on 2/20/The consumer requested and received a receipt that she could take to her bank to have the overdraft charges removedIf the bank will not refund the overdraft fees I have no problem with discussing that with her
