Our move with Firefighting's Finest team went perfectlyDespite the known difficulties associated with moving into a high-rise condominium on top of the unforeseen elevator issues and last minute scheduling hiccups, our move was still very smooth thanks to your team Every mover was friendly, courteous, speedy and very hard working! None of them complained about the extra time or effort it took { they left all the complaining to me!! :) } During an extremely stressful time for me when I felt nearly hopeless, Firefighting's Finest was able to make me feel at ease and give me a sense that everything was finally going to work out

Refusing to refund me overdraft fees that resulted from them not cancelling my membership months ago as I requested
On April 3, at 11:35am I emailed Massage Envy Lutz asking them to cancel my membership and not to charge my accountThey did not process my requestThey charged my account in May and in JuneAs a result of their neglect, my bank has charged me overdraft feesMassage Envy is refusing to refund me the over draft fees and take responsibility for their incompetenceI have emails proving I emailed them the cancellation form and they're still refusing to do right by me

Since everything was packed and ready to go all went as planned from start to finish The men were wonderful, efficient, and a pleasure to work with I will definitely hire again when needed Thank you for your service!

This is the second time I have used them to moveThe first time I had a piano and asked if they would move ro my sister house while setting up the contractThat was no issue to themThen this time moving from a temp 2nd story apartment to our new home along with our storage unit that I misquoted the size when setting up the moveThey were friendly, professional and just extremely awesomeI would recommend them times over and ask them to move me again ( which selfishly I hope is many years down the road)Awesome company!

This business is poorly run, inadequately staffed and engages in fraudulent business practices with customers it entices to enter into a monthly massage program I have always had difficulty in scheduling, or even getting through on the telephone, at several locations; massage therapists who are quite good seem to move on to other jobs soon, so consistency in a therapist is an issue Most importantly, if you try to get out of your "membership", they give you a major runaround In my case, they continued to bill me for massages not needed or used, and then reported me to collection bureau and to credit reporting agencies, claiming I owed them money for unused services Very unprofessional, sleazy behavior overall If any questions, see the hundreds of negative reviews online, and the class action case which was brought against them

These guys were great! They were polite, helpful and efficient I would definitely use their services again and refer them to friends and family

Very friendly and professional from the initial phone call to the end of our move Movers arrived on time and showed up looking well groomed and professional with matching work shirts (and none of our crew smelled like cigarettes which was appreciated)! Moving crew worked well together and were very efficient with their time (which was also important since you pay by the hour), but they also were VERY CAREFUL while moving our belongings Reasonably priced and worth every dollar spent Should we ever move again, our only stop will be Firefighting's Finest Moving & Storage, Inc.!
