We’ve hired this company twice and both times they’ve been amazing! They work efficiently and everyone we’ve had contact with, movers and office staff, has been friendly and professionalWe’ll definitely hire them in the future for any future moves
First and foremost I would like to thank the Revdex.com for handling my complaint in such a timely manner The Revdex.com representative *** *** was a great help handling my questions & concerns...In regards to Massage Envy's response I will accept the refund they offered in the amount of $for the time we didn't not receive but were charged for regarding our massage I would also like to touch base on the their response as well in the response from Dawn *** that aren't true....1st my insurance was never a factor my 1st booking I was much beyond my 1st trimester of pregnancy when I made the appointment speaking with your receptionist I specifically ask was there an issue with me being pregnant & I was assured no there wasn't I ask if needed any referral from my doctor in writing I was told that wasn't policy everything would be fine...2nd They felt bad I came all the way for no service after I was assured everything was ok & gave me a free massage but refused my partner in regards to a smell they assumed was illegal which were only cigars & he was never intoxicated what so ever if he had smelled of illegal substances I would like to think that your employees would have ask him to leave yet instead they let him he stayed for my entire massage...3rd I called prior to arriving for my booked appointment & ask was there any penalties being late letting the receptionist know what the issue was almost a hour prior to our booked time & offered to pay a reschedule fee instead she assured me everything would be fine don't worry just that my massage time had to end at the original time it was scheduled When we arrived we ask again & was told the same thing not to worry we would be charged for 60mins instead of the 90mins We paid & left after realizing Massage Envy hadn't held up to what they told us I called the receptionist asking questions she explained the policy as I told her what they told me when we were there was very different she began to get frustrated when I ask why wasn't the policy explained before or while booking appointments posted for the customer to see or in writing she couldn't answer & place me on hold after several minutes she returned I ask to speak to a manager she denied me to do so with nasty remarks & tone of voice so I replied with (that's bull ***) losing my patience in regards to her nasty tone of voice with me because I ask for a refund stating the lack of communication was terrible the receptionist then told me there was no manager available so I said leave a message to call me back to handle my complaint because there was very bad lack of communication she said the supervisor wouldn't speak with me & hung up the phone....My issue was that there's seems to be very little communication between policy customers & therapist at the Massage Envy Settlers Ridge location & things need to be handled better when wrong doing or lack of communication happens on the businesses behalf...I will be pleased say this issue is resolved once I receive the refund the company has offered in the full amount of $from Massage Envy's Settlers Ridge Representative Dawn *** in the response to my complaint with the Revdex.com

Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who stated that upon receiving a survey from the customer, they attempted to reach out to the customer to discuss her issues but she was not willing to discuss her issues with themThey've stated that they can apply the credit she used back to her
account upon receiving her credit card information, so that they can charge her for the introductory rate to use for her guestThe business stated this will be done once she calls to provide a credit card number and asks to speak to someone in management
Crew did a great job Very pleased
These firemen are awesome! They call you and let you know how far away they are from you and arrive punctually They are courteous, professional and attentive to your needs They ask questions, wrap the furniture, mirrors, and anything with glass, as well as anything they feel would move better if wrapped They double check the rooms to be sure they have everything they are supposed to take and they work very quickly but carefully I will definitely use them anytime I move and encourage others to do so as well
We used Fireman’s Finest three times and they provided excellent serviceFrom the first phone call to when they pulled out of our driveway they were extremely professional, curtious, friendly, helpful, polite and thankfulThey worked hard, stayed on task and got the job done in a timely mannerI would highly recommend them and would hire them again if ever the need arises

Shelly C*** I do appreciate the responseI wish to address that the screen shot shows the last contact was 11/23/I contacted the facility the week prior to the 12/23/to prevent the charge and this was my concernI was assured I would be contacted and not charged and no one got back to me and I was then chargedI since went in and cancelled my membership and am asking to please be refunded the 12/23/charge that no one got back to me regarding that chargeOnce refunded I will close this case as resolvedThank you

This company totally exceeded our expectations with our moveThe were professional, friendly and very experiencedWe would HIGHLY recommend them and would definitely use them again
I found both the packers and movers very professionalThey worked quickly and thoroughlyThey thought of some things I hadn’t and made sure everything got packed and on the truckI have not found a single thing damagedWhat impressed me the most was how no matter what I brought up “Not a problem” was what the answer wasI was extremely stressed and they helped me to survive the move

4/11/16Good evening ***,I would like to address these statements from the clientMs ***'s first appointment was refused by her therapist, as her insurance does not cover her for the first trimester of prenatal massageAs per the privacy act, we can not ask the client over the phone how
far along they are in their pregnancyWe apologized, and gave her a free hour session on us.The next massage was booked for a couples massage, our therapists refused Mr***'s session due to him being intoxicated, and smelling of illegal drugsWe have the right to refuse a client if we suspect they are under influence of anythingI understand this is upsetting, however it is for the safety of the clients and our therapists.The following session, they were booked for a min couples massageIt is our policy that if someone is late, they will be charged for the original session bookedThe therapists only get paid by their sessions bookedMs***, called the clinic after they left and was disrespectful to our front desk shift leader on the phone, our employees do not have to be subject to verbal abusive and swearing at themWe absolutely pride ourselves in our customer service and professionalism, we simply ask for the same in returnWe will refund Ms*** and Mr*** for their minutes that they didn’t receive.In conclusion, we will rectify the situation by honoring Ms***'s request for the refund of the minutes that they did not receiveThe amount of the refund would be $each, $in totalWe do apologize for this mistreating of our clients.Regards,Dawn***Massage Envy Settlers Ridge ***

Good moving company but they did not disclose hour travel time on the phone but was hidden in the paperwork so total surprise when I went to pay the bill Feels like bait and switch
We are very disappointed with this companyWe notified them that a deep scratch was found in our new wood floor - two days old - after our moveSince then we have been going back and forth with estimators, excuses, and bad customer serviceThe general manager says we are "under investigation." When the gentlemen they hired to replace the floor could not give them the bid they "wanted" the waiting game beganThe last we heard, we are waiting for the manager of the move to come to our property again to assess the damageA very poor product, from a poor companyWe are extremely dissatisfied with the serviceWe certainly will not recommend to anyoneWe do not believe they deserve an A+ rating
