Very friendly and professional from the initial phone call to the end of our move Movers arrived on time and showed up looking well groomed and professional with matching work shirts (and none of our crew smelled like cigarettes which was appreciated)! Moving crew worked well together and were very efficient with their time (which was also important since you pay by the hour), but they also were VERY CAREFUL while moving our belongings Reasonably priced and worth every dollar spent Should we ever move again, our only stop will be Firefighting's Finest Moving & Storage, Inc.!

We have a signed agreement on file for her membershipShe provided us with another card number whenever the store called to update suspended accountsAfter running the EFT panel, she was charged for the months that she was past dueThe member was not happy about this and decided to start
claiming that we "stole" card information and also "purchased video games." Upon speaking to her, she claims that we called Mastercard and told them her card was not working and they provided us with the new card numberI think we all know that a prestigious business such as Mastercard would clearly not give anyone this information over the phone - including the alleged cardholderThis is a story with claims that keeps growing every time we speak to her, all because we are not refunding the money that was already owed to us. I decided to allow her to cancel her membership within term due to the escalating situation and told her I would allow her days to use her remaining credits. As stated in the original attachment and in prior communication with the clientThe services in reference were part of membership agreement signed and initialed by the clientUpon cancellation or termination of a membership a all credits expire days post cancellationIn this case the clients membership was terminated after months of non payment during which time we made documented attempts to reach the client and update the account informationWhen the client called inquiring about her expired credits we offered to unexpire all services with no strings attachedThe client also stated her inability to leave gratuity was also preventing her from using these services, we then converted $of her prepaid sessions into Gift Cards to alleviate this burdenWe have given the client every opportunity to use these services, as they remain valid for use at any massage envy location

This is a great moving company They were on time, they followed up with confirmations of the move date, the called minutes ahead to confirm they were on their way and I mean on the dotThe movers (Benny and Junior) worked collaboratively, both were very nice, respectful and did a great, great, great job! In our previous Strata council, of which I was not a member, contracted with Whonnock Roofing for replacement of the roof on our two Strata buildings here in ***This work included a year warranty on the building roof
The work took place in and to the best of my knowledge, and was completed satisfactorily and the firm was paid out
In a new council and property management company were in charge of the *** when we noticed some minor leaks in the roof
The council asked our property manager to get in touch with Whonnock and address the issues we were having
After several months of no answer from Whonnock we were forced to have emergency repairs to the roofI personally then contacted Whonnock directly, bypassing the property manager, to get to the bottom of the problemWe as a council were unhappy about the lack of response and the fact that we were now money o

Firefighting's Finest did an outstanding job with our moveWe did not have any broken anythingThe packers wrapped dishes in both bubble wrap and paperBoxes were not too heavy and were well markedThe movers were equally careful and used both wrap and blankets to protect all big itemsBoth movers and packers called day of to confirm arrival time and were very professional, cordial and ready for any changesThey exceeded my expectations!

I CAN GIVE UP MY PHONE CALL RECORDS...I HAVE ONLY ONE PHONE If they could at least acknowledge that someone on their end made this mistake, entering an appointment in under the wrong persons name" we would have a starting point for discussion I would never go back there And yes, after over minutes on the phone of them telling me that I made an appointment, I was irate, but never called a person stupid I did say that the length of time that I was on the phone discussing this, and their response and language was stupid I did call them unprofessional for continuing to stay "sure thing" after any concerns that I stated, and for the manager telling me that she wanted to hear it "out of my own mouth." I did say that I received a call, but I never listened to the message thinking it was a marketing call, which I also ignore many other similar like calls I did not know that it was a "reminder for appointment" call, because I had no contact with this business since I ended my membership over a year ago, and never made an appointment I also did say they fraudulently used my credit card information, because they did I would have expected that all of my account information would have been deleted from their billing system when ended my membership over a year ago It was not, and therefore they were able to use it I do appreciate that the fee was returned, as it should have been, because I never made an appointment I do not think other past Massage Envy members will like knowing that all of their banking information is still on file and can be used.
